Our Beginning And Big Why
Leadership Messengers™ grew out of Ovi Vasquez's journey between migrant farm fields and national stages. After years of speaking with students, educators, and corporate teams, Ovi saw the need for more bilingual, bicultural, values-driven voices. The agency launched in 2014 to multiply that impact and serve communities that rarely see their stories centered.
